Abstract:
In this paper, I will hermeneutically explain the relationship between modernity and tradition in the vision of Rusmir Mahmutćehajić, relying on his book The Bosnian Answer. On modernity and tradition (Mahmutćehajić 2012). Before that, I will briefly say something about the author's life and work, then about the perennial philosophy he deals with, and finally I will briefly repeat the essential thoughts contained in his works Little Knowledge. About the other in Muslim vistas (Mahmutćehajić 2005) and Hval i Djeva (Mahmutćehajić 2011a; 2011b; 2011c), which I have already written about before.

Abstract:
U ovome radu hermeneutički ću izložiti odnos modernosti i tradicije u vizuri Rusmira Mahmutćehajića oslanjajući se na njegovu knjigu Bosanski odgovor. O modernosti i tradiciji (Mahmutćehajić 2012). Prije toga ću u kratkim crtama reći ponešto o životu i djelu autora, zatim o perenijalnoj filozofiji kojom se bavi, a zaključno ću sažeto ponoviti bitne misli sadržane u njegovim djelima Malo znanja. O drugome u muslimanskim vidicima (Mahmutćehajić 2005) i Hval i Djeva (Mahmutćehajić 2011a; 2011b; 2011c), o kojima sam ranije već pisao.
